• You must not misuse, hack, or exploit any system.
• Using AI-generated answers in real exams is strictly discouraged.

4. AI-Generated Content

Examfy uses AI to generate questions. Accuracy is not guaranteed; students should verify with textbooks/teachers.

5. Payments

Premium payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Misuse may lead to account suspension.

7. Content Ownership

All content, branding, UI, icons, and question material belong to Examfy.

8. Limited Liability

Examfy is not responsible for academic results, marks, or real exam performance. Use the platform responsibly.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
